Situated just 300 metres from Halls Gap Café & Restaurants, the 10 hectare property has an abundance of wildlife including birds, kangaroos & deer.

Has a one & a half hectare wetlands area incorporating two lagoons stocked with Australian Bass & Rainbow & Brown Trout. Fyans Creek runs along one side of the property, which is home to Mountain Trout & may be fished as well. Strolling around the property experiencing the flora & fauna is an experience on its own.

Aspect Villas have been design energy efficient with solar heated hot water units & double glazed, tinted, low E windows. All appliances have been selected to the highest energy & water ratings.

Situated on the valley floor, with 360 degree uninterrupted views if the mountains, towering 700 metres each side & looking down the valley to Mount William, the highest peak in the Grampians.
