BOOKING & CANCELLATION POLICY
To secure a booking 50% of total tariff is required on the day the accommodation is booked. The balance is required seven (7) days prior to arrival date.
Full refund is given, minus a $50.00 cancellation fee is 30 days notice of a cancellation is given. In the event of cancellation within the 30 days of arrival, deposits will be refunded, minus the $50.00 cancellation fee only if the villas can be rebooked for the same period.
No refunds will be given for early departures.
No refunds available if cancellation within 48 hours of booking date, although the booking is fully transferable.
No refund or transfer will be given if no cancellation is made and guests fail to arrive.
